  24. this is not a bug in K95, but a bug in Microsoft's CONAGENT.EXE.
  25. CONAGENT.EXE is the program that allows Win32 console applications
  26. to execute under Windows 95.  The problem appears to be in the 
  27. char code mapping algorithms.

  29. Unfortunately, this one will have to be fixed by Microsoft.
